One ray of light in the gloom? Reports of a laboratory in Oxford being 80% likely to have developed a vaccine by autumn. Just newspaper talk perhaps, but in these dark days we’ll cling on to whatever we can. Keep safe.

Yes, it is hard to see any non-essential international travel being allowed at least until October.
