I agree with the general comments about how much more ‘joyful’ it is to watch us play this season and on that basis a solid mid-table finish will be more than enough to satisfy me. The 4-1 defeat at Havant may well demonstrate that despite virtually having an entirely new squad we still haven’t learned to wake up for the start of a match… something that cost us so dearly last season.
