Agree with your thoughts, Liam. I’d write off Tuesday’s result due to the freak nature of the goals conceded. I am convinced that if we had equalised during the half hour period of intense pressure then we would have gone on to win the match – sometimes it is just football and you have to accept it.

The mood among the fans is darker than the slate grey skies which enveloped KM for most of the day yesterday. Constant heavy rain from mid-morning added to the already sodden ground to produce a quagmire – the attached picture of the car park post-match gives an idea!
